But when it comes to paying for your Home Rent, have you ever got a way to pay with your Card to your landlord? Or to Pay for any event to the Event Managers with Cards? Or your Real Estate Property Management company with Cards? And more of such kind of important life’s’ payments, have you got a way to pay using your card of choice, Credit Or Debit Card?

 

We at Paydeck is on to it. Our primary motive/mission/thought is To Empower the Card Holder to make the choice of how to pay, when to pay, even if the receipts does not have a acceptance mechanism.

 

How It Was Started?

 

When Saurabh, the founder of Paydeck wanted to Pay his Home Rent & Society maintenance on his Credit Card, there was not a single avenue of payment mechanism available in country. Today over 20,000 Payers are making their Home Rent & Housing Society Maintenance Payments through Paydeck.

 

Who are the Key role players Involved at Paydeck?

 

Payer:

 

Whether you want to pay your Landlord the Monthly Rent or want to Pay your Housing Society Maintenance, Paydeck is the only service which lets you pay on Credit Card Or Debit card, without disturbing your landlord or housing society offices. Simply ask for their Bank account details like, A/c Number, IFSC Code & Exact Name on the account & Pay.

 

Receiver:  

 

Whether you are a Professional providing services like Consultancy on Tax, Tuition, Travel, Training, Startup Advisor; Or, Real Estate Property Manager, Interior Designer, Event Manager, Contractor, etc, and you want to get paid from your customer, simply send them Payment Invoice through Paydeck on their email or mobile & get Paid through Credit card Or Debit Card.

 

How it Works for Payers?

 

As a Payer you Need to signup at Paydeck with the following:

 

  1. Valid Email Address
  2. Valid Mobile Number
  3. Valid Pan Number

 

Please Note: While Signing up at Paydeck, use the same name as its on the PAN, as the same will be required for Digital Verification for completing KYC. You will be required to send the PAN Copy upon doing first transaction through Paydeck. Once KYC of yours shall be verified, your transaction shall be completed to the receivers account.

 

Once you have done the signup and updated your PAN details & current address, you shall be able to find your Dashboard in Paydeck.

 

In order to make the payment for the services which you shall be opting for from the Purpose of Payment list, you will need the following details of your receiver:

 

  1. Bank Account Number
  2. IFSC Code
  3. Exact Name on A/c

 

Please Note: If you shall be entering the wrong details and still the money gets credited, due to that account availability, but not of your beneficiary, the money should be considered as GONE!!! And You have lost it. Thus MAKE IT DAMN SURE TO PROVIDE CORRECT ACCOUNT DETAILS. CHECK THRICE! :) ( Excuse for sarcasm )

 

Now you shall be able to enter the amount you want to pay and see the payment total & then use your card of choice ( either credit card or debit card ) & make the payment. Upon successful completion of payment made, you will be shown the transaction/tracking id. You can find the same details in your Activity area in your Dashboard.

 

Please Note: Once a payment is done, it takes Max T+4 working days to credit the sent payment to the receivers bank account. Also, please make sure to be ready to provide the proof of service for which you have made the payment. In case you are unable to provide the proof of service, the payment shall be reversed back to the source card with a cancellation/reversal charges of 3.5%. Also make sure not to send money from your credit card to your own bank account. Doing a transaction in which its found that the credit card & the bank account if has same PAN number linked, the amount shall be reversed back to the source credit card & the 3.5% reversal fees shall be applied for the first time offender. For the second time, if the same is being done, the account shall be cancelled at Paydeck & you shall never be able to use Paydeck again.

 

How it Works for Receivers?

 

As a Receiver you Need to signup at Paydeck with the following:

 

  1. Valid Email Address
  2. Valid Mobile Number
  3. Valid Pan Number

 

Please Note: While Signing up at Paydeck, use the same name as its on the PAN, as the same will be required for Digital Verification for completing KYC. You will be required to send the PAN Copy upon receiving first payment on your Invoice. Once KYC of yours shall be verified, your amount shall be processed towards your bank account.

 

Once you have done the signup and updated your PAN details & current address, you shall be able to find your Dashboard in Paydeck.

 

In order to send the Invoice for the services which you shall be providing you will need to complete your account by going to My Account section from your Dashboard.

 

You will be required to add your bank account in which you want to receive the payment. To add bank account you will need the following details of yours ready:

 

  1. Bank Account Number
  2. IFSC Code
  3. Exact Name on A/c

 

Once your first payment shall be received, you will have to provide your Cheque/Bank statement copy for verification & then the payment shall be settled to your account.

How Much Does it cost to use Paydeck?

 

At PayDeck we strive to deliver the most competitive convenience charges for the facilities that we provide.

 

The cost is always provided before making the payment. The total amount payable is always explained in details before the checkout page after registering & while making the payment.

 

If the user agrees with the charges, then only the user may go ahead and make the payment.

 

Its for the convenience of the user to show the payable total amount with convenience charges at the total amount payable page, before the checkout process.

 

In Any case the charges shall not be more than 2.5% inclusive of all.

 

When Will the receiver actually receive the fund in his/her bank account?

 

Officially all the transactions are credited in T+4 working days. T= Transaction Date.

 

AS all these payments are done for service based transactions, we take a little longer time, so as if there is any issues/complaints/un-authorised card usages, etc., the money could be reversed back to the card ( Minus Convenience Charges )

 

Usually all the payments are credited within 24-48 hours.

 

How to Request Cancellation or Refund of the processing transaction?

 

If you have initiated a transaction at Paydeck & want to cancel or refund the transaction, you can do so by writing us at 121 at Paydeck.in (plz remove spaces & use @ = at)

 

Please provide the reason of the cancellation or refund request.

 

Also please note, any cancellation will incur a cost = ( minus convenience charges paid on top of the payment ) + 1% Refund/Cancellation Request Charges.

 

The request should be made on the same day on which the payment has been sent, in between 11 Am to 8 Pm to 121 at Paydeck.in (plz remove spaces & use @ = at)

 

If the request is made post the day on which the transaction has been made and the time is not between 11 Am to 8 Pm, the transaction is sent for settlement. And in this case the refund/cancellation wont be possible.

What are the banned items for Vendor Payment through Paydeck?

 

While we do not interrupt users to make payments with their Credit Card Or Debit Card at Paydeck, still to comply with the law, we have a curated list of items which are banned for payment while selecting, Purpose of Payment -  Vendor Payment.

 

We would like to advise our users, if any payment shall be made for the following purposes, the payment shall be revised to the source minus convenience charges + 1 % reversal fees. Also it will subject to close/deletion of your account at Paydeck, without keeping any record of any transaction.

 

The Banned Items List:

 

1) Adult goods and services which includes pornography and other sexually suggestive materials (including literature, imagery and other media); escort or prostitution services.

2) Alcohol which includes Alcohol or alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne.

3) Body parts which includes organs or other body parts.

4) Bulk marketing tools which includes email lists, software, or other products enabling unsolicited email messages (spam).

5) Cable descramblers and black boxes which includes devices intended to obtain cable and satellite signals for free.

6) Child pornography which includes pornographic materials involving minors.

7) Copyright unlocking devices which includes Mod chips or other devices designed to circumvent copyright protection. 8) Copyrighted media which includes unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials.

9) Copyrighted software which includes unauthorized copies of software, video games and other licensed or protected materials, including OEM or bundled software.

10) Counterfeit and unauthorized goods which includes replicas or imitations of designer goods; items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association, fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, and other potentially unauthorized goods.

11) Drugs and drug paraphernalia which includes illegal drugs and drug accessories, including herbal drugs like salvia and magic mushrooms.

12) Drug test circumvention aids which includes drug cleansing shakes, urine test additives, and related items.

13) Endangered species which includes plants, animals or other organisms (including product derivatives) in danger of extinction.

14) Gaming/gambling which includes lottery tickets, sports bets, memberships/ enrolment in online gambling sites, and related content.

15) Government IDs or documents which includes fake IDs, passports, diplomas, and noble titles.

16) Hacking and cracking materials which includes manuals, how-to guides, information, or equipment enabling illegal access to software, servers, watomites, or other protected property.

17) Illegal goods which includes materials, products, or information promoting illegal goods or enabling illegal acts.

18) Miracle cures which includes unsubstantiated cures, remedies or other items marketed as quick health fixes.

35) The Merchant shall not sell, purchase, provide or exchange a cardholder's name or MasterCard / Visa account number information in any form obtained by reason of a MasterCard/ Visa Card transaction to any third party other than its MasterCard/ Visa acquiring member, or pursuant to a government /statutory or competent body's request.
